ZAP!
Program note
The name ZAP! is derived from the effect you have if you zap between TV channels. By changing the musical content the same way you change channels on a TV you get a fragmented composition.

Zap! received 3rd prize during the Keuris Composers Concours 2016. Out of more than 70 anonymous entries from 40 countries all around the world 3 compositions were selected. The selected works were premiered during the finals concert in Amersfoort on May 21st. The winner was Alice Hong, second prize went to Larry Tuttle and third prize went to Danny de Graan.
